Acceptable Use Policy

This policy says what you may and may not create, upload and publish with Holovey.ai. It is part of the Terms of Service. Everything you make must respect the rights of other people and be used only for lawful purposes.

1. Avatars, faces and voices

  • Consent: if an avatar or voice is based on a real person, you must have that person's explicit consent to create it and to use it and any content made with it. You are responsible for keeping proof of that consent.
  • Removal: a person shown in an avatar may ask for it to be removed at any time. You must honour the request wherever you published the content. They can also contact us at support@holovey.ai.
  • Not allowed: avatars or voices of real people without consent, of celebrities, public figures or politicians, or that appear to be under 18.
  • Not allowed: avatars that show illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, abusive or deceptive imagery, or that copy copyrighted images without permission of the owner.

2. Content that is never allowed

  • Violence, terrorism and criminal behaviour, or content that supports dangerous people or groups.
  • Fraud, scams and spam, such as fake investments, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, fake reviews and phishing.
  • Sexual content and nudity, and any content that sexualises minors. Any content that shows a person under 18 in a harmful way will be removed and may be reported to the authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexual deepfakes of any person.
  • Bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination.
  • Self-harm, suicide and eating disorder content.
  • Disinformation about elections, health, public events or other topics that can cause real harm.
  • Political campaigning, content that promotes parties or candidates, and lobbying.
  • Content that breaks copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
  • Advertising for goods and services that are illegal where you advertise them, including weapons, illegal drugs and unlicensed gambling.
  • Pretending to be another person, brand or organisation, or making a fake testimonial or endorsement by a real person.

3. Advertising rules

  • Make only claims about your product that you can prove. False or misleading claims, especially about health, money or results, are not allowed.
  • Where the law or a platform requires it, say that content is AI-generated or that a presenter is not a real customer. Do not present an avatar as a real person who actually used your product if that would mislead people.
  • Follow the advertising rules of the platform where you publish (for example TikTok, Meta or YouTube) and of the countries you advertise in.

4. Clone an Ad

  • Upload only ads you have the right to learn from.
  • Use the analysis to understand structure: the hook, order, pace and call to action. Write your own words and use your own product, avatar and voice.
  • Do not copy another person's footage, music, voice, face, script, brand, characters or distinctive jokes, and do not make an ad that people could confuse with the original.

5. Misuse of the Service

  • Do not try to get around safety checks, credit limits or free-credit limits, and do not create several accounts to get extra free credits.
  • Do not use automated tools to send requests in bulk, and do not resell or share your account.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe the Service, and do not try to access other users' data.

6. How we check and enforce

  • Prompts, uploads and results may be checked automatically, and by hand where needed. The AI providers we use also run their own safety checks and may refuse a request.
  • If you break this policy we may refuse a request, remove content, warn you, suspend or close your account, and where the law requires it, report the content to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to closure without a warning.
  • Credits for a request that is refused or fails are not charged. Credits already spent on content that is removed for breaking this policy are not refunded.

7. Reporting and appeals

To report content that breaks this policy, or to ask us to remove content that shows you, write to support@holovey.ai with a link or a description and the account name if you know it. If we remove content or close your account and you think this was a mistake, reply to our message or write to the same address within 30 days and we will review it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version.
