Copyright and Takedown Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
We respect the rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us that content created with Holovey.ai infringes your rights or shows you without your consent. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. What you can report
- Content that copies your copyrighted work, such as your video, image, music, voice or script.
- Content that uses your trademark or brand in a way that is not allowed.
- Content that shows your face, likeness or voice without your consent, including deepfakes.
- Content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. How to send a notice
Email support@holovey.ai with the subject "Copyright notice" or "Likeness removal". Please include:
- your name, address and email, and the name of the rights holder if you act for someone else;
- a description of your work or your likeness, and proof that it is yours (for example a link to the original);
- where you found the content: a link, a screenshot or the name of the account;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or allowed to act for them;
- your signature, which can be your typed full name.
3. What we do
- We look at the notice quickly. If it is complete and the content appears to infringe, we remove or block it and tell the account holder.
- Holovey does not keep videos that users upload for the Clone an Ad analysis. They are only passed to the AI for the analysis, so a notice about such a video is best sent to the person who uploaded it.
- For a complaint about a person's face or voice, we may block the avatar before we have checked everything.
- We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you think this was a mistake, write to support@holovey.ai within 30 days. Tell us which content it was, why you think it is allowed and that you have the rights to it. We may restore the content, or ask the person who complained to take legal steps.
5. False notices
Please send a notice only if it is true. People who knowingly send false notices can be responsible for the damage they cause.
