What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for generations. A product image costs a few credits, a 15-second talking video a few hundred. The exact price is always shown on the Generate button before you click it.
What if a video fails?
You are only charged for videos that finish. If a generation fails, the credits are released straight back to your account.
Which video model should I pick?
Kling 3.0 Pro is the all-round choice: sharp picture, natural movement and a matching voice, for the best price. Veo 3.1 is the premium option when you want the most realistic result. Both speak your script themselves.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Change plans or cancel any time. On Business you choose the size yourself, from $150 to $1,000 a month in $50 steps, and you get more credits per dollar the more you take.
Can I use the videos in my ads?
Yes. The Pro and Business plans include commercial usage, so you can run the videos as ads. Please label AI-generated content where platforms or laws require it.
